T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S

By proceeding to pay a booking fee, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by these conditions.

MINIMUM BOOKING REQUIREMENT
Unless discussed, my bridal hair service requires a minimum of three adults for styling on the day, one being the bride. The price will still be charged if not all services are required on the day or cancellations are made at a later date. Bride only price is charged at the same rate

TRAVEL EXPENSES/ ADDITIONAL FEES

UK Travel expenses are not charged for the first ten miles radius from CM9 4QP Thereafter 60p per mile return plus any toll and car park charges incurred. You will be expected to cover all costs for hotel accommodation where it is not practical to travel on the day of your wedding e.g. More than 1.5 hours each way travel time or, if severe weather conditions have been forecast, or an early start, if I have to leave home before 6am.

Moving and styling at 2 locations on the morning of the wedding will be charged at £25

Some venues do not allow early access to begin styling at the time needed if you are not staying there pre-wedding. This results in either starting the morning at your home or a hotel nearby to the venue, adding up to an extra hour to the mornings timings, to travel, set up and continue styling at the venue half way through at the time when access is allowed

CRETE Travel expenses are not charged for the first ten miles radius from Plaka, Lasithi, thereafter 60p per mile return plus any parking costs incurred. Hotel accommodation is automatically included in your package where it is not practical for me to travel on the day of your wedding e.g. More than 1.5 hours travel time will incur a 1 night stay pre- wedding, with a 4 hour travel time requiring a 2 night stay, pre and post wedding.

BOOKING FEE, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

A non-refundable payment is required to secure your booking, and also covers the cost of all administration and correspondence

The booking fee is deducted from the final balance and is not part payment for a trial. Trial costs are payable 24hrs before the trial payable by bank transfer. The final invoice will be worked out after your hair trial or video consultation has taken place, then 50% of the total invoice is payable one week after the trial or video consultation,, with the remainder payable one week before the wedding date by bank transfer. Should no payment be received then I have the right to cancel all services for your wedding date and all fees will still be payable.

Refundable deposits are taken for hair extension and accessory hire. Refunded on receipt of the product sent back to me in the condition given. Damaged or missing items will be charged for accordingly

TRIALS

All trials are held at my location in Heybridge. Essex, Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm. Trials are recommended for the bride, and, at your discretion for others in your bridal party. Saturday trials may be booked if available, but please note, weddings would take priority if booked and your trial would be moved to another date.

Prior notice must be given if you wish to cancel or reschedule your trial date. Less than one week's notice will incur a charge of the full trial cost. I reserve the right to cancel the booking if a wedding booking is required for that date, an alternative date will be booked in it's place.

If a second trial is required this will be charged at the same rate as the 1st trial

In the unlikely event that you, or any of your bridal party, decide after your trial that you are not satisfied with my service, you are asked to contact me within 3 days after the trial, so that we can resolve the matter. Refunds, retrials, or cancellations without charges are solely at my discretion.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of your booking 90 days prior will be charged at 50% of your invoice. After such time the full amount will still be payable by the specified date. Should no payment be received legal action will proceed to recover losses.

Any payments made will not be refundable

In the event of your wedding being cancelled by yourselves or any other party then all monies paid thus far will not be refunded. Couples will need to claim all monies through their wedding insurance though, in the event that your wedding is postponed to another date, availability permitting I will honour the date and transfer all payments made.to that date.

COVID-19

In the event of your wedding not being allowed due to COVID-19, and your wedding postponed to another date, then all monies paid thus far will be transferred to the new date. If the new date has a price increase then this will be updated accordingly. If I am unable to honour the amended date then all monies will be refunded except for the hair trial, if already taken place.

In the event that you postpone your wedding due to COVID-19 rules, but I am still legally able to work on the date booked, then another booking fee will be incurred to secure the new date

In the unlikely event I cannot attend on the day of your wedding due to unforeseen or unfortunate events or circumstances I will make every effort to find a replacement within my Pro-Team, who will be given all notes and images taken at the trial. If I am unable to find a replacement then all monies including trial costs will be refunded. No further compensation will be offered.

If I am made to feel uncomfortable in anyway, or mistreated, or if anyone becomes abusive/violent or displays any offensive behaviour, I have the right to cancel the contract without refund.

POTENTIAL DELAYS ON THE DAY

If unforeseen delays are experienced which are out of my control refunds will not be given. Please give precise instructions for travel on the day. If roadworks, diversions, expected traffic are forecast or any other reason for delay please advise me as soon as possible so this can factored into my scheduled timed route plan.

If your photographer/videographer will require you to stop for photographs or filming whilst hair is being styled please let me know in advance as this will affect timings for the preparation.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS – WEDDING DAY

A suitable environment is required on the day, if not in a venue, with a dining table or dressing table and chair, (a mirror is provided) and nearby electrical points for my extension lead. Please ensure every member of your party is aware of timings on the day and that they need to be punctual, and remain available for styling.

Hair should be washed and blow-dried the day/evening before. If any of the bridal party have wet hair they will be expected to dry it thoroughly ready for styling.

I would politely request please do not sit children/babies on your lap or around me whilst having your hair styled as hot styling tongs and other equipment are extremely hazardous, and I cannot be held responsible if a child is injured.

PHOTOGRAPHY/SOCIAL MEDIA

Please let me know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or videoed for social media marketing or for my website.. If sharing my images on social media I would ask you to please credit me by using my website, social media links found on my website..

The Wedding Hair Pro Masterclass

T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S

*Cancellation of attendance will require 60 days notice. The attendee may cancel the booking providing it is more than 60 days prior to the masterclass with an administration fee of £60 being incurred.

If the attendee cancels within 60 days of the start date of the Masterclass no refund will be given.

The balance can be transferable to another date

Cancellations or amendments must be made via email to :info@lynnettechasmer.com

*Should the course be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Covid19, terrorism, act of God, or bad weather conditions then The Wedding Hair Pro would not refund the money paid. An alternative date will be offered to the attendee. Covid19 rules at the time of the masterclass must be adhered too

*Payment must be paid in full to secure a space on The Wedding Hair Pro Masterclass. Group classes are payable via the website through Paypal. 1-2-1 and salon training will be invoiced for payment when a date has been arranged

*Once full payment has been paid an email confirming the booking and location will be sent to the attendee

*Masterclass fees do not include travel, accommodation or meals

*If the trainee fails to arrive for their masterclass, or does not complete the masterclass for any reasons, The Wedding Hair Pro will not refund or offer alternative course dates

*You will be required to supply your own model/ training head & styling kit for the training day

*There must be a minimum of 4 attendees for a masterclass to take place. A refund or alternative date will be offered if the number is not met. The Wedding Hair Pro cannot be held responsible for travel and hotel accommodation booked.

*Training spaces in each location must be respected and kept clean & tidy. Any breakages will be invoiced to the attendee directly

*You may not sell any content including videos, text and images filmed at the masterclass
