Bridesmaids 7-12 years of age £45. Under 7 years £15

Bridesmaids booked without the bride on the wedding day will be charged at £70

TO BRING AN ASSISTANT £90 - Required for parties of 5 or more

To reduce timings for the morning your stylist can bring an assistant

PLEASE NOTE; For parties of 5 or more this will automatically be added to your invoice

MOVING LOCATION FROM HOTEL/HOME TO YOUR VENUE  £35

On some occasions venues do not allow you in until a certain time if you are not staying there the night before, this requires moving from location A to location B half way through styling, unpacking then re-packing. This can add an extra hour onto the mornings timings, to drive, then arrive and unpack and start styling again at the venue

 

 

AFTER THE CEREMONY 

STAYING FOR TOUCH –UPS/ REMOVAL OF THE VEIL 

 £40 per hour from the beginning of the ceremony

CLIP-IN HAIR EXTENSIONS 

Your HAIR stylist can supply colour matched, clip-in extensions for you to hire & try at your hair trial from

£50 per person

TRAVEL COSTS 

The Wedding Hair Pro-Team are fully mobile on your wedding day and will travel to your location. Return travel costs are calculated at 60p per mile outside a 10 mile radius of your stylist's location  

Tolls, congestion charges and car park fees will be added accordingly

Travel over 2 hours and/or extreme weather conditions will incur an overnight stay nearby,  pre-wedding

A 6am start with timings on the wedding morning will incur an overnight stay nearby, pre-wedding

All payments are via bank transfer 

To secure your date requires a £100 booking fee, payable by bank transfer. This is non-refundable (unless your wedding is NOT  allowed to PROCEED due to government rulings of covid-19) and is deducted from your final invoice.  

On receipt of the booking fee you will then be contacted by your Pro-Team member to continue with the booking

An invoice will be sent on confirmation of your trial booking for the trial payment, payable 24 hours before the trial date.

50% of your invoice is payable one week after your trial date, with the remainder due one week before your wedding date
